This property was amazing!!!! We were so pleasantly surprised with how clean and pretty it was. It felt like there was a lot more space than what I initially thought from the photos in the listing. We had absolutely everything we could’ve needed: cooking utensils, towels and blankets, shampoo/conditioner, etc. all small details were definitely thought of. The neighborhood was very nice as well. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!!

Awesome Cozy Gunnison Home

The Cozy Gunnison Home is a great, well-maintained property. It is close to retail and restaurants, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The height of the bed in the master bedroom was a bit of a challenge for my 5' 2", 60 yr old frame. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful home!

This property is well taken care of! Very clean! Great space to hangout and gather! Owner was very responcive to communicate. The only challenge we had was the parking. We had 4 vehicles, only two fit in the driveway, the other two were compacted into tight rock space next to / on the one lane street. We made it work, no neighbor complaints! Only mentioning this in case someone has more vehicles! Great property!!

Great rental with ideal floorplan.

Such a nice house for a large group. We loved the large, open kitchen, the mudroom area, the fans that kept all the rooms cool, the well stocked kitchen and new appliances and having 3 + bathrooms. The only drawback was limited parking for larger vehicles/boats although there were options on nearby roads.

Great spot and clean house

This house is in a super handy spot! Close to the university, and on the crested butte side of town. We had plenty of space for all of us. Well stocked home with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk to nice restaurants and right near a nice walking trail/hike. We would definitely stay again.

Great place for family groups

Very comfortable detached home with nice amenities, including gas grill, air fryer, and efficient washer/dryer. Close to hiking trails in Gunnison and has a community playground for younger kids just out back. Just a few blocks from the local grocery store and a very quiet area. Enjoyed our time here as a base camp to explore the local parks and tour the college.

Gunnison Retreat

Absolutely beautiful property. Check-in was a breeze and the property truly felt like a home away from home. Perfect location to explore all that Gunnison and the surrounding valley has to offer. Highly recommend.
