“Room was extremely clean. Every little detail is available, including a cute little s’more kit I stay here monthly for work - never had a problem”

“The non-smoking room seemed smoky or musty. The bathroom fan roared. The beds and the room were fine, just looked a bit worn out.”

“I was charged for my partners service animal. I informed them i had a service dog and they told me it was an extra $10 I reiterated it was a service animal, and that it is illegal to charge more. I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. They told me i had to pay extra or lose the room. I told them this was against the law and the response was negative. Then i was told to pay the……

“I almost froze, the heater doesn't work, the cold water in the morning, a spider appeared on my towel.”

“Was in a good area by nice name hotels but this one was just ok. The main front desk is a very small area that is closed off with a locked door so just felt odd. Definitely looked worn down inside, our room smelled really bad like weed that was coming in through bathroom vent, tried calling front desk but no one answered. A/C fan worked but very noising while it is running. Beds comfortable enough but probably will not stay here again. ”

“It's not as it seems on the pictures and a lot things are disappointing... *CONSTRUCTION -- the area is still under construction. So you will see construction workers around you and trucks passing in front of your windows. *NO WIFI -- wifi was ok when I checked in but not working in the morning. There is no service in the area so your cell phone will not work. *NO HOT WATER -- water was hot for 2 minutes but then it was only lukewarm. Even 1 person cannot have a shower with hot water. *FLOOR……
