“There are not a lot of great hotel choices in Delta, but this is the best! Very quiet and comfortable.”

“When we arrived the toilet would not flush without pushing on the float inside the tank. There was no water in the tank. After it filled it would flush. This happened 3 more times while we were there. The window was open on one side & the screen was broken. There was a black stain on one of the sheets. The ice maker was not working. The breakfast had very little to offer. No fruit or juice at all.”

“Motel needed an update a decade ago. No chair in room. No ice. No drinking water. Hot breakfast was cold (that a food safety violation in most places.). No juices in juice dispenser. A lot of money for a place that shouldn’t be allowed in the hospitality business.”

“I was charged for my partners service animal. I informed them i had a service dog and they told me it was an extra $10 I reiterated it was a service animal, and that it is illegal to charge more. I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. They told me i had to pay extra or lose the room. I told them this was against the law and the response was negative. Then i was told to pay the……

“The beds were so hard it was hard to sleep on them. Had a portable room air conditioner and it took up a lot of the room. Full of moths the first night.”

“This place was a nightmare. The staff was horrible. We booked a 2 bed room and ended up with one bed, not big enough for the 2 of us. The place smelled of dogs and pot. Security was constantly there but we never saw them control anything. needless to say we only stayed 1 night but we had booked 4 nights. We tried to contact someone (including Expedia) trying to get refunded but no success. STAY AWAY!!”

“A lovely historic hotel (but very modernized!) right smack in downtown Montrose. Our room was huge, as was the bathroom (really nice shower!). Everything was super clean and had an elegant quality. Location was superb, with several dining options within easy walking distance.
