"Staff and rooms are bar none the best in Madrid. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, and the Wellington club access rooms are worth the splurge (complimentary snacks and small plates through the day and evening, deck access if weather permits (or you smoke) and complementary drinks- think high end airport lounge. It goes above and beyond in every way, even though it has the best location in Madrid. "

"Location is premium. Breakfast is excellent. Cleanliness is great. Staff are super nice and helpful. Rooms are new and clean. Hallways are super clean. My only note is that we expected the hotel to provide grapes for new year midnight celebration as most hotels in spain do. I wish the lobby was bigger but that is not possible due to the building shape."

"The hotel was very welcoming. They left a welcome note and a small gift upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and housekeeping is done daily. The hotel is not very close to the city center, but it’s only a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station. I recommend asking the concierge for the shortcut to the metro, as Google Maps shows a 10-minute walk while the shortcut is much faster."
