"Very kind staff and clean rooms."

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the reception area felt very disorganized and the check-in process was not smooth. In addition, the hotel is currently under construction, which was not clearly communicated before arrival. The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. At around 2:00 a.m. I was unable to sleep because of the noise coming from the room above. I could hear every step and even the entire conversation of the guest upstairs. It made it very difficult to rest. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and better organization, transparency about construction, and improved sound insulation would greatly improve the guest experience."

"Clean room, polite staff, and a kitchenette. Also has a great restaurant on the top floor. You CANNOT bill to your room for the restaurant service as it isn't owned by the Marriott. Free breakfast in the lobby and 24 hour coffee. Walking distance to the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia which has multiple cuisines and drinking establishments. "

"There is NO parking! I had to park 3 blocks away and lug my luggage uphill. Do not stay here unless you arrive by taxi or uber! AND there is NO TV in the rooms! Or common area!!! Ad says breakfast for a fee BUT there is NO breakfast options!!! Definitely not as advertised!"
