A light, airy, unusually spacious upside down cottage with balcony and enclosed garden.. Ground Floor:

External utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with BVU). Enclosed garden with terrace, BBQ and garden furniture. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Games room with pool table, table football and range of children’s play equipment (shared with BVU). Electric car charging point. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking or e-cigarettes. Please note: There are steps in the garden and stairs to games room.. Set on the edge of a charming market town with a thriving arts scene, this delightful pair of Grade II listed former stables, (refs BVT and BVU) adjoining the owner’s Georgian house, have been lovingly restored to a high standard to combine character with modern convenience. Dove Cottage is an ‘upside-down Cottage’ which offers an exceptionally spacious and airy open plan living area, with access to a balcony above an enclosed garden. Dove Cottage is an ideal base to explore the Suffolk and Norfolk coast and countryside, only 8 miles from Southwold and its sandy beach and lovely walks nearby. Within easy driving distance of RSPB Minsmere, Walberswick, Dunwich, Aldeburgh, Snape Maltings, Norfolk Broads. Golf, riding, tennis, sailing, swimming and fishing are all available locally. Rail links to London, Norwich and the Norfolk Broads. Shop and pub 1/2 mile.
