“We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane. We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens. We are also grateful for the complimentary days post hurricane and all the efforts to facilitate our safe return to our respective homes. “We had an amazing time with our family there. When we had any small issues, mr. Brown was very helpful and quick to react! Highly recommended host. The palapa and the ocean view were top notch! The walk to the private beach is short and no bother at all. ”
