Wohnung auf 3 Etagen

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, leider etwas ungepflegt. Die Betten sind gut! Es ist ruhig. Es gab kaum Infos bei der Ankunft. Die Raumtemperatur im Erdgeschoss war zu kühl. In den oberen Räumen war es ok. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war defekt, wurde dann repariert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter kann sich noch verbessern.

Schönes Haus mit tollen Vermietern in „funktionaler“ Umgebung …

Schönes kl. Haus , sehr nette Vermieter, Lage strategisch perfekt , Umbegung/Nachbarschaft eher funktional. Für meinen Geschmack etwas zu unruhig/ zu nah an der Straße, bin aber diesbezügl. besonders empfindlich ; u. rückblickend hat es auch kaum gestört.

Die Unterkunft mit voller Ausstattung inkl. Grill war super geeignet für unser jährliches Studientreffen. Die Lage an der Endhaltestelle der Straßebahn ermöglicht schnelle Ausflüge in die Innenstadt.

Wonderful! Conveniemt!

Oppiner St is a bit away from the main Train station and Marktplatz (town center) but it's right next to the Trotha tram station and there are a number of trams to whisk you either place in minutes. Beds are comfy and large (maybe even a King by American stds) by EU standards. Lots of space on multiple levels (there are a lot of stairs!) .... Rolf and Susanne are avail if you need them. Highly recommend!
