It was just a short walk to the beach an a wagon was provided for us to take our chairs down in. The house was clean and had all amenities we needed to make it the perfect trip! "If you like to fish, boat and want direct access to the highway then this place is OK but if you care about house maintence, quality furniture and fixtures, cleanliness and road noise then think twice. This is an old property for sure as stated in the listing and the floor is squishy in many places and should be repaired. I'm not going to list all the problems we had but I've addressed them with the host and hope he follows up for the comfort of future guests. He was also responsive to our cleanliness issues and did refund our cleaning fee since we spent much of our first day cleaning and sanitizing. "

"We woke up the first morning to NO HEAT. The furnace stopped working . Matt had repair crew out right away to fix it . Thank you.The house was lacking basics like soap, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper( we left a case for your future guests) and the internet / WiFi never worked despite multiple attempts by competent people . Overall we managed but we won't return . "
