The hygiene product bottles were visibly dirty; there was pink mildew in the sink and on the sink faucet and shower head; the toilet seat was missing a button and urine was visible in the crevices. The tub caulking was really gross. The water also went hot and cold intermittently when showering. The staff was very, very friendly. The beds were comfy. ”

“The house was perfect for our thanksgiving celebration with our Marine son. It was exactly as the description. Clean, comfortable and close to everything we needed. "During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night."
