Birthday getaway

The peoperty was super cute.It had all the amenities to make you feel at home. The unit was full of natural light and glimpses of the sea marsh good be seen. We loved our time here.

Perfect House for a Family Vacation

This house was just perfect. It was very clean and spacious. Fireworks view was awesome! Everything about it was great and it was nice to be close enough for the younger adults to walk to the beach but far enough away for it to be peaceful and relaxing.

Beautiful house in perfect location.

Excellet house in perfect location. House was very clean and nicely updated. They made the booking process so easy and were quick with responses. My family and friends are already talking about booking this house for next year. Walking distance to the beach and strip. Highly recommend for anyone planning a getaway toHampton Beach!

Girls get away

The property was stunning. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet, but i suppose during the summer would be more lively. Would definitely stay here again

Hampton wedding

Came into town for a wedding. House was beautiful, location wonderful! Watched the sunset over the marsh on the first night. Host was very responsive. Better than expected.

Girls trip!

We left our families at home and had an amazing girls get away at this beautiful home! We were able to walk to everything and not worry about driving. The deck is very small and cute but there is plenty of seating below so you can still enjoy the outside! Highly recommend and we would love to come back!

Very Good!

Perfect for 4 to 6 people. The property is modern, clean and well appointed. Its about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet but the neighbors were friendly. The property manager was available if needed. All around, an enjoyable experience and I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Nice living on the marsh

Beautiful west views over the marsh. Close enough to walk to the beach, but far enough to be away from the busyness. We were a family of three couples and two toddlers. The place worked well. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The only ding was no beach towels. It seems like for the money, that would have been nice.

Seacoast Century Weekend

We needed a quiet well equipped rental before our 100 mile ride. Last year our place was so noisy that we couldn’t get to sleep until after midnight and had to get up at six to start our ride. Our rental this year was phenomenal. Clean,spacious and well equipped. We were able to make food do laundry and have a good quiet night’s sleep. Highly recommended if you need to be in Hampton beach with friends. Cheaper than 3 separate hotel rooms and much more luxurious.

Top Notch Beach House

From the booking process, to the moment we arrived, we had a wonderful experience. The owners were easy to reach, and very interested in us having a good stay. The house was wonderful. My husband remarked that it “still has that new house smell.” It was very clean, comfy beds, great kitchen. I especially appreciated the little touches, such as complimentary tea and coffee, and bathroom soaps. The linens were provided. This was such a luxury, as most places we’ve stayed at don’t provide the linens or towels. There was space for one car in the garage, and the keyless locks made it easy for everyone to get in without worries. I highly recommend this house. It’s about two blocks from the Mrs Mitchell’s end of the beach. Very quiet and beautiful area right next to the marshes. Great for walks. We loved it!

Amazing house, 5 minute walk to the beach

Clean, new and beautiful house. Kitchen had all the basic things you would need to prepare meals at home. The beach and boardwalk were only a 7 minute walk away! I will definitely stay here again.

Weekend Wedding

Great, house for a weekend wedding. It's hard to find a house four females can get ready in. Most only have one full bath. The three bathrooms was a huge part in picking this house. The property manager was super quick to respond. Would definitely recommend paetpartpaetsebonus
