“A lovely winter break in a perfect location. Staff went above and beyond to accomodate our requests during our stay, an extended family get together for a special birthday (8 people). We had four rooms for our family, good sized family room with double, single and sofa bed with nice sea peek; a twin with sea views; and two doubles, one sea view side. The hotel is a brick historic Victorian country house hotel set in a great elevated position in West Lulworth, a short stroll up from the cove.……

“a farmhouse, you can feel the humidity of the stone wall room, a bit too dark inside the room, but general acceptable beautiful environment, you can enjoy a very good countryside view (inc the corfe castle ruins), if you dont want to drive to the town to have lunch or dinner, you can enjoy the local meal at the farmhouse restaurant”

“We love coming to the knoll house, it is clean and quirky and has a lot of history attached to it. The food is lovely. It’s very dog friendly beautiful Studland beach is across the road. It has a small pool and Swanage is five minutes drive down the road. It’s a very relaxing place to be.”

“Very comfortable and well kept room. Ample size, quiet and with everything we needed. We ate in the restaurant each of our three evenings and everything was well prepared, very tasty and LARGE! Service was very good and always with a smile. We both loved the continental style breakfast too. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The location of the accommodation was perfect, being well placed for trips to all our usual, and oft-visited haunts including Dorchester, Wareham and……
