"My telly didn’t work properly, but reception were super helpful, had a man come and reset it, STILL didn’t work, so they swapped it out for a whole new one. Also, the lights didn’t work. Ultimately, lovely, helpful staff, nothing appeared too much, the bed was comfy, and had a restful nights kip. All you really want from a night in a hotel, really."
