"Stayed 2 nights over a weekend. Check in staff were helpful and pleasant. Bar and restaurant areas very good. Room not so much. We had a shower in bath with no hand rail or grab rail which always helps the elderly. Water left in kettle . Just a couple of things which could be improved on. Setting ..."

"No door key as all digital, had to use phone which is ok but only gives access to 1 person. Shower temperature was luke warm at it's hottest, shower gel dispenser didn't work. Also the air-conditioning didn't work, had to use the fan instead. Room was noisy due to the adjacent pub."
