“Can not fault any aspect of two nights spent in the Burley Inn, nothing was too much trouble from all the staff we came into. Lorraine and Steve were particularly helpful, friendly and very polite. One very small negative point there was not a USB charging point in the room but a this was overcome by the staff providing a plug with a USB attachment. Would stay in the Burley Inn again without any hestitation if and when I am in the Area. Mike Glendinning ”

“Nice, older style hotel in great location near quayside. In pedestrian street so have to park elsewhere nearby and early morning noisy bin collections!! Didn't find a lift up to second floor! Really comfy beds”

“Excellent location, fantastic staff however as it's and old building floors creek, was very noisey. I wouldn't return as I prefer more Modern hotel, bed small, could hardly move in bathroom and tv in a ridiculous location. Breakfast average, pool small. Was very clean. ”

“The hotel is located opposite the Bournemouth International Centre which is handy if you are going to a concert like us. Our room (306) very dated but clean. The TV was very small and the remote (filthy) didn’t work even though reception replaced the batteries. The bar was not open for us to use on the first night so we went to The Sun pub only 30 seconds away which was great. The bath in the bathroom was raised and although both of us are tall we still had a struggle stepping up into it. We……

“The hotel had a nice indoor pool, a good breakfast and the staff were all helpful and friendly. It’s a short walk to the seafront and into town. Our room was in the lodge - a separate building but adjacent to main hotel, all clean and a decent sized room. Small print stuff…Our parking was chargeable but I think I read somewhere that it’s free if you book directly with the hotel. We also paid a £50 refundable deposit per room per night.”

“Not really 4 star by its standards. If not for the amazing view this hotel could not command the prices that it does. restaurant menu very limited, staff in restaurant do not attend very promptly to tyhe tables. Decor is tired, room OK but bathroom poor.”
