「Met at the hotel to celebrate a friend’s ’significant’ birthday. From the moment we arrived at reception to the minute we checked out, the staff could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful.
The restaurant was very busy but our party was looked after with cheerful efficiency and the quality of both food and wine was of a high standard. Our room was comfortable, stylish and well-equipped and the whole experience offered excellent value for money.」

「We enjoyed our week at the hotel and found it clean, comfortable and convenient, with helpful friendly staff. Breakfast offered a good choice. It is useful to be able to get resonable meals in the evening, though there are many choices in Lyndhurst. I enjoyed using the swimming pool, though I would suggest a plastic chair in the changing room so we don't have to dress/undress on one leg. Liked being just out of the main busy streets, but close enough to walk in.」

「Very welcoming and efficient staff at reception, self check in also available. We stayed in a family double room with 2 large, comfortable beds. Tea and coffee available, but no biscuits though, and 2 glasses in the room but no water which was a little strange. Good size desk for working on, if travelling on business, with plenty of sockets including USB points as well as more socket/USB by the bed, which is always handy. wifi had a very good signal and easy to connect to.
