From the moment of arrival to leaving the staff were all very pleasant, always willing to help. Great tasting food. The room a standard room was really nice. Good size and very clean. Breakfast was usual good standard- bacon that tastes like bacon and coffee that tastes like coffee ! Undergoing some renovation to corridor areas ( needed !) but did not detract from my stay Staff lovely and behaved professionally when dealing with rude & verbally abusive individuals- well done to the night manager!
