「the hotel was so dirty and so noisy,I have spend 5 hours to get my room,in fact a dirty room,it's a shame,I never recommend this hotel to any one.」

「Had a really great stay. The lifeguards, waiters and all staff were amazing. So attentive and would do anything for you. Cannot fault any of the food, although appearing as a normal buffet, it is all of immense quality and I cannot fault it. The culinarium experience is also amazing. Everywhere is clean. Only downside is that floors could be very slippy at times but cannot help that!」

「Very good location just near the busy area but it’a quite at night. They have a huge rooftop you can hang out there. The staff are friendly. Everything was good but the bath tub is a bit small. 」

「This hotel is very lgbt friendly. I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too . Very friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and respected my pronouns as a non binary person. Excellent breakfast every morning, friendly staff who respected my pronouns and great restaurants nearby . Multi cultural mix of people and a nice retro hotel . What’s not to like 」
