“We have stayed at this hotel many times , but this stay exceeded all of them . The hotel is being improved for the better ! The rooms are clean and spacious, our only quibble would be it needs more plug sockets ! The pool area is comfortable and clean , the lifeguard do an amazing job . The animation is the best we have seen in Tunisia, the team are extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They work hard for early morning until late at night, hosting games and activities by day……

“PLEASE NOTE - ALL INCLUSIVE FROM EXPEDIA DOES NOT INCLUDE ALCOHOL!!!! Arrived at hotel given wrist bands - then Ahh your with Expedia, we were then frogmarched to reception to have our bands cut off and demotted to SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE - which does not include Booze ?? Checked back on Expedia app and booking confirmation - Nothing to Explain and actually said all drinks included -.So huge argument with Expedia via a CHAT ROOM and Management at Hotel!! ”

“So much noise in most areas of the hotel such as heavy broken service doors used frequently by staff causing loud noise every minute, construction works and unscheduled maintenance using heavy machines that causing huge level of noise too. The room phones are NOT working too so you can’t call the reception to report any noises or any emergency. Moreover, the security staff at main road entrance and hotel gate are very rude and don’t treat residents with respect at all. Plus not allowing many……

“Le personnel est parfait, mais il manquait du personnel( ca travaillais fort , le boss est radin ) , la bouffe est correct sans plus , vieille peinture ..... un 5/10 ( niveau qualité prix c est correct ) , la piscine est propre et belle , la plage aussi .... a visiter mais c est pas le grand luxe .”

“Flott hotell nærme byen og strand. Romslige og fine rom. I april var det ikke mye folk der, så ikke noe kø eller kamp om de beste solplassene. God og godt utvalg til frokost, men skuffende at de går tom for frukt, grønt og noen meieriprodukter når det ikke er fullt hus, vi var ikke seint ute heller. Bestilte tid på Spa, flott anlegg, flinke folk men engelsken er såpass dårlig at det blir litt gjettekonkurranse på hva de egentlig sier/spør om. Vi hadde det fint, men ikke sikker på om vi drar……

“Very good location just near the busy area but it’a quite at night. They have a huge rooftop you can hang out there. The staff are friendly. Everything was good but the bath tub is a bit small. ”
