Requested transportation from the airport, got a message taxi pick up available just give flight info, after giving info no response from hotel and phone number didn't work. No one working from desk at check in and wanted cash no credit card. Room was okay, had electric kettle, cups but no water, coffee or tea. No restaurant or free breakfast as advertised. No staff at desk when I checked out in the morning. Renting rooms is a side business for the massage parlor. Poorly run I might add.

ホテルはスパ店と一緒になっており、探すのに苦労しました。場所も路地裏にあり、ナビも細かいところまで表示されませんでした。初めて行く人は戸惑うかもしれません。ホテルの中は狭いです。タオルとバスタオルは付いておりません。建物が古いのと灯りが暗かったです。鍵の開け閉めがすごくややこしかったです。扉は二重ロックになっています。数回回す必要があります。

Dåligt. Inte som i bilderna utan nedgånget, smutsigt och ofräscht. Framförallt i badrum. Allmänna utrymmen också, det var bland annat massa skräp i korridoren på våningen vårt rum låg på. Sängen var ren och luftkonditionering bra. Toppen lokalisation och billig pris. Fungerar om man vill bara ha en säng att sova på men annars rekommenderas inte.

Good location, easy to walk to a lot of interesting things. However, my room was constantly damp. All my things would always be a little bit wet after the first night. Also, the sink would leak a lot of water onto the bathroom floor whenever I used it. Thankfully, the shower had hot water.

The hotel looks absolutely nothing like the photos. The rooms were very small and overall very run down. Mould was present on the ceiling and in the bathroom. It is in the heart of the Old Quarter which some people may like. I would not stay again.

I reserved Hanoi Charming House double room on Expedia and paid 27$ CAD per night. Upon arrival we were told there are no rooms available even though I already reserved and paid. The owner then said that she could give us a room at her 2nd hostel around the corner. The room we were given was nothing at all like the pictures of what we reserved. Terrible bathroom and the room was barely big enough to fit the bed. Would not recommend staying here.

Rena lakan och handdukar. Perfekt läge med gångavstånd till alla sevärdigheter. Väldigt nedgånget, rostig dusch och överlag inte så fräscht. Satt nästan aldrig någon vi kunde prata med i receptionen, inte ens vid incheckning.

とにかく立地が便利です。旧市街の中なので有名な通りに歩いてショッピングに行けるし、買い物をしたら一度部屋に戻って荷物を置いてまた出掛ける、というような使い方ができました。 施設や備品は古いですがちゃんと掃除がされていて清潔だと感じました。値段と立地を考えると、旅慣れしてる人なら全く気にならないレベルだと思います。 オーナーの女性が大変親切で、帰りの空港までのタクシーの手配や両替など相談にのってくれました。 (タクシーの手配は、もし事前にお願いしてたら念のため前日に再確認することをお勧めします) 女の一人旅だったので、オーナーが女性であるというのは大変心強かったし安心できました。 またハノイに行く機会があれば是非泊まりたいです。 数日間滞在する場合は、眺望のある部屋をお勧めします！

This hotel is a scam. The pictures online must have been taken when it was newly built, probably 10-15 years ago. I was so shocked when i went in. The place is old, dirty and it smells terrible. I had to use the restroom downstairs cuz I haven’t checked in yet and it is the dirtiest restroom I’ve ever seen. I honestly almost cried.
