"I booked a suite for family in mid Jan 2017. Size and upkeep of room was good. I requested additional comforter for us and they happily provided the same. I did NOT try food here as we were out and about most of the time. Chech-in and checout was smooth and they happily accepted credit card. Staff was average. "Very very bad experience and that too on the last day of the year. They were not ready to honour the web booking and were ready to give a written letter to that effect.
