“Friendly staff, clean room and decent breakfast”

“The shower was completely unusable; could not control the temperature and would not turn off. Staff (Rhonda) was incredibly incompetent and condescending. Insinuated that we had broke the shower and refused to even consider compensation for a terrible stay. Unprofessional and immature.”

“nice place ”

“We were not too happy about this hotel. The rooms are very outdated. The furniture was old and needed a good cleaning. There was that divider in the middle of the room with ONE chair to sit at. The television had a blue tint so you could not tell what any colors should be. The ice machine in the hallway was broken. My one complaint is that the staff did not take care of a potentially dangerous issue where several young kids were running and doing flips into the pool. They were nearly landing on each other and my kids. I pulled my kids out of there quickly. I told the manager and her reply was they don’t have a lifeguard and swim at your own risk. The posted policy says “No……
