The beach was quite and relaxing, thus Westin has a family vibe and good for children. The staff was friendly. I do think they can do better at advertising the water and children's activities. The rooms were excellent and resturants too. Ferry service and crew were great too. Great stay for a family of 5!"

"Everything was great.The only request is to please provide a backup generator. We lost power for 16 hrs and no backup generator. With 10People 2 being babies 1,3 and 2 being 73 and 72. It was a pretty rough go with no running water, no toilets and no a/c. Other thank that the management ladies are amazing and Ricki the cab driver was definitely the highlights. ThankYou for an amazing week."

"This place is cozy but was exactly what we needed for our stay. The bedroom and kitchen areas have A/C, and the living room/dining areas are screened with a great view! The owner had someone meet us at the car barge so we could follow them to the house. The pool area is shared, but we used it several times and were the only ones up there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"At The Beach was the perfect home base for our family of five during our week in St. John. We loved starting each morning on the porch overlooking Chocolate Hole with coffee and breakfast. We split our time between relaxing and paddleboarding in Chocolate Hole and exploring the island by boat, fishing, and beach hopping. Having snorkeling and the tidal pond just steps away made it easy to enjoy the water without even getting in the car. We especially appreciated the huge ice machine, beach towels, beach chairs we took on our beach-hopping adventures, the fully equipped kitchen (complete with a great blender for frozen drinks!), and the spacious bedrooms. It was the perfect place to cook our fresh catch after a day on the water. Just minutes from Cruz Bay, it was the ideal mix of convenience and tranquility. The hosts were incredibly responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"

One of our favorite parts was being able to walk right down and snorkel in Chocolate Hole Bay.The hosts were exceptional: friendly, responsive, and incredibly communicative throughout our stay. They even offered to help us with roadside assistance when Alamo wasn't being helpful on St. John, We would absolutely stay here again!"

"This 2 BR with pool was a perfect experience. Host James was very laid back, showing us the full residence at checkin. With the pool right out the back door and fresh water hose for cleaning off salty snorkel gear this was a perfect location to be 15-20 mins from anywhere on the island. Pictures didn’t do this place justice, the rooms and living areas are larger in person. Enough cooking utensils/pots/pans to cook dinners with. Fantastic accommodation for 4 people"
