“Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. There were people drinking at the indoor, no alcohol allowed pool, and they left their cups of white wine around the pool when they were……

“Hotel is somewhat outdated but they keep it clean. There is a need to perform some updates to support in possible liability issues and mold. Other items can be handled very easily (e.g. screwing in bathroom light bulb that is missing or burnt out. Cover to fan in bathroom.
