「Staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were good, catering for those with allergies. Lovely quiet hotel with good sized rooms. Good location for exploring other places nearby.」

「Hotel was ok, clean enough but needs updating. Hot water was very intermittent, I was told it needs to run for 15 mins before getting warm, but I ran it for much longer than that and still had to have cold showers every morning. Breakfast was overpriced for what it was. Great location and friendly staff. 」

Swam in pool and lake, also arrived to a beautiful plate of chocolates for our wedding anniversary, lovely treat.. will be back for a girls retreat next time … a wonderful stay .. xxxx 」

「Battle is a very small town; having the helpful hotel staff in the neighborhood is certainly a plus. This building has existed as of the 16th century, and it's been properly maintained and apparently renovated in the toilet/bathroom.」
