“While this stay lacks in the polished stays of a fancy resort it makes up ten-fold in charm and personality. This was the coziest most wonderful stay we've had on our trip yet and we'll definitely be back. Located a mere 4 minute walk from the train station and a 1 minute from the beach this was the low key break we needed. The stay was clean with great amenities. The foot bath and soaking tub were great ways to end each day and the locality to nearby convenience stores made grabbing a bevvie……

“ひとり旅でお宿を利用させていただきました。選んだ理由は、リーズナブルなお値段と駅からのアクセス、そしてcozyなアパートメントだったことです。 宿のオーナーさんは非常に丁寧で穏やかな方々で、滞在中のオススメのお店などをシェアしてくれました。 また、宿自体もクリーンで、 少々見た目的な古さはあるものの、 中に入ってみると、まるで実家のような安心感があります。 自炊も出来ますので、宿から近いコンビニやスーパーで食材を買ってきて調理することも可能です。 海にも徒歩ですぐ向かえますので、サーフィンされる方は、波のある時期に行けば非常に穴場で楽しめると思いますし、海岸沿いをランニングしたり、などもおすすめです。 ラグジュアリーなホテルとはテイストは異なりますが、少し都会から離れて、ひとりでゆっくりしたり、リフレッシュの機会にするにはとてもおすすめな滞在先だと思います。 また伺います！ありがとうございました！”

“The homeowner very courteously met us at the train station and escorted us to the house. The house itself is a wonderful, nicely appointed traditional Japanese home, and quite spacious with a great kitchen and modern bathroom. It's an easy walk to the beach and to the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. Ito is only one stop away on the train, with many more restaurants, and Atami is fairly close as well. Very clean. Highly recommended. ”

“Very nice property. The home is very clean and rather spacious. Very close to nearby public transport which makes it very easy to get around. Location is rather walkable as well to other restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoyable more immersive experience to the neighborhood. There's a great little coffee house literally seconds away. “清潔感があり、1階のオーナーは気さくな方で必要な物などは相談に乗ってくれるみたいです。 鍵の受け取り方法は日程が近くなったらサイトを通じて連絡があることは把握しておくと良いと思います。 疑問があればサイトを通じて問合せをしたら丁寧に回答をして頂けます。 連泊時にタオル交換はされてませんでしたので、オーナーに声をかければ交換してくれるんだろうとは思いましたが、手持ちのタオルがあったので使用しました。 駐車場1台分なので、車2台以上の方はオーナーに駐車場事情などを確認すると良いと思います。”

“This property is a private appatment, which is fairly obvious when booking. What is not obvious was that it is a very steep climb in the 1km walk from the railway station. The "How to get there" Info made available after booking was very detailed but should include "if you have heavey luggage, take a taxi!".”
