Perfect getaway for Thanksgiving

We had a group of 12 and this house was perfect. Lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and have everything we needed. Location was great and close to the beach. Would recommend.

Pool and hot tub were not clean

Instructions for how to input code - turning handle in a very specific order - not provided. Pool floor was covered in sand and not heated. Hot tub was extremely dirty- completely green! After contacting an out of country representative every half hour for the first day of the stay with no assistance, housekeeping called the following morning unaware of the issue. Very few towels had been provided for a very large party of guests. Shortly after verbalizing the complaint to housekeeping, a pool maintenance technician came and cleaned/repaired the heating pump. It took him most of the day.

Paid for pool heat that never worked, dryers are old and take awhile. Hot water didn’t last for ever

We liked the house, could use updating. The hot water didn’t last so when you see the jetted tub don’t get excited. Not enough hot water to use it. Pool heater apparently was broken. Messaged a couple of times and we never ended up with pool heat. It also had a leak and we were told to keep filling up with the hose. We are being ignored when I asked a few times about a refund for the pool. The dryers are old and took several times to run to complete a drying cycle. The pool thing upset me as the ocean is too cold to swim in. We couldn’t sit around the pool to enjoy because it was a waste. Wish we could do a vacation do over as I would probably pick a different house. Also note it’s a lot of stairs for older folks
