I immediately contacted Hotels.com and they changed my reservation. The next day I checked in and was completely happy with my choice. Unfortunately Hotels.com sent me an email stating the hotel would not refund my money. I contacted the hotel directly and they have nothing to do with the refund and would gladly have refunded my mistaken date, but they did not receive my payment and can not refund me. I will never book through this website again nor will my lawfirm. As a matter of fact we will be looking into this further. "
