Relaxing pleasure in this spacious and unique cabana. Whale watcher's paradise with a backdrop of crashing waves serenade. Upon entry the panoramic view of the Pacific will have you reaching for a Mai Tai. Crashing waves below convince you you've found the right place. Nine foot ceilings offer an open air feel for a relaxing vacation.

Delightful spacious property remodeled with a rustic theme. Beautiful recycled mahogany louvered doors made in the Philippines along with natural cleft stone flooring add to the unique island vibe.

The Space

The bedroom will greet you with a handmade Hawaiian rug and a delightfully comfortable bed with tropical views off the lanai. Nearby the walk-in shower with a stacked pebble decor and a rainfall showerhead is a can't wait experience.

Returning to the entry to unload groceries in the kitchen you'll find monkey pod cabinets with zinc countertops. Live edge shelves offer unique character along with the rusted tin ceiling sending a beach-shack vibe.

The lanai offers table seating which extends out to a manicured lawn. Chirping birds, waves, ahi poke with a cold beer is a daily celebration.

Across the street you will find a wonderful pool, BBQ's and comfortable seating. A four minute walk down the hill you'll reach Oneloa Beach while a twelve minute hike through the Montage offers the beauty of sunsets and Kapalua Beach.

The Honolua Store is a two minute drive and is surrounded by delicious restaurants and the pro-shop of the Kapalua Golf Course.

Perfect location in Kapalua, very quiet complex, away from the crowded Kaanapali resorts, but close to everything, beaches, hiking, dinning, etc. Beautiful ocean views from the patio, and living room. Very comfortable home, artistic touches throughout which made it fun. Walkable beachs and restaurants. Would stay again.

We loved our stay. Beautiful location, great view, whales breaching in the water as we ate on the lanai. The unit was truly unique, quite large, fully outfitted, and stocked with all you need and didn't expect. Just as seen in the pictures!

This is a solid, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable unit that I would not hesitate to rent again. Parking (covered) and pool are very close to the front door, and we walked to multiple different beaches many times (anywhere from 4 to 15 minutes). The unit is up to date and has everything you need to fully prepare meals...even coolers, plasticware, and sundries like spices and plastic bags were available (which is a rarity)! Eric, the owner, was very attentive, kind, and helpful when we reached out and always followed through on his word. This is a turnkey setup and one of the best values we've found on the island.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Erick ‘s condo. The location and accommodation was perfect. The condo had everything one needs to feel comfortable. It was very easy to communicate with owner. Condo was clean and cozy . It is uniquely designed. We definitely want to come back.

The condo is beautiful and in a great location. It’s close to the beach, golf, shopping and excellent hiking trails. The owners have done a great job with the decor, making the place feel warm and inviting. By far, this is the best equipped place we’ve stayed! Everything we needed was well stocked from beach gear, kitchen supplies and laundry necessities. The host was also very helpful and responded quickly and proactively. This is definitely a place I would recommend! Mahalo to the host!!

What a relaxing place to stay. It is well equipped with necessities plus. The location is very convenient and within walking distance of everything that Kapalua offers. ..beach, golfing, walking, swimming pool , dining, etc. The owner provided us plenty of pre-information, suggestions and tips. We had a lovely stay! The property was incredibly well appointed. We cooked quite a few meals at home, enjoying relaxing on the outdoor patio, whale and bird watching. While the fridge was on the smaller side, it worked just fine for the two of us. The bed was a good balance of medium-firm and very comfy. They provided lovely bath products (note: soap/shampoo/conditioner are scented, you may want to bring or buy unscented if that bothers you) and plenty of hot water for showers. We loved snorkeling Honolua Bay in particular which was a short drive away. AC worked great but we only needed to use it one time during the week we stayed. We would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay in Kapalua. The condo was decorated like a fun beach shack and had everything we needed for our 10-day stay. Enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from inside and outside. Took advantage of the pool and BBQ amenities. Loved the quick walk to several beaches, restaurants, and the Honolua store. Will definitely be back.

Eric’s place has everything and more needed to enjoy a Maui stay! The kitchen was well stocked, he provides beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards and the bathrooms and showers are awesome! The location is within a very short walking distance to a great beach that is uncrowded with super soft white sand. The amazing pool is 1 minute away which is also clean and quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time on Maui, and though we initially had some reservations about staying in Kapalua due to distance from everything, we couldn’t have been happier to book this condo. The location turned out to be perfect; a number of beaches in walking distance, and really not far at all to go to busier areas like Kaanapali and Lahaina. The condo was exactly as it looked in the pictures, but the view from the lanai was even better! It was a very quiet and peaceful area which was great to come back to after a busy day of exploring Maui. Communication with Eric was great as he was quick to respond to our questions and sent a very helpful and detailed list of recommendations for food and beaches. We would highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to go back!

We loved our time at this property. The view from the condo is gorgeous and the neighborhood is very safe, clean, and beautifully green! It’s so close to several stunning beaches and not far from Lahaina with more restaurant options. The kitchen has many quality amenities for cooking, which we enjoyed. Fun property, amazing views, quiet neighborhood. Bed was comfortable. Older unit with many upgrades. Drawer fridge was an initial concern, but we had no trouble fitting all we had with room to spare. Owner was extremely helpful and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.
