4 Rio Vista! - spectacular views of the Myall River
This lovely 2 Bedroom apartment has spectacular views of the Myall River and surrounding waterways of Port Stephens. Located across the road from the Myall River and within walking distance to the shopping village, restaurants and golf course.
This apartment is fully self-contained, including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The open plan living area is quite spacious with sliding glass doors opening out onto the delightful balcony which has wonderful views.
Important Points
-NO Wi-Fi.
-Garage not available for guest bookings - off street parking available in complex.
-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.
-No Smoking Complex.
-Strict no party or function policy.
-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.
-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.
-Advertisement may include scenery images of our area.

The view and location was superb. Ceiling fans would make a huge difference. The vacuum needs updating. It hardly sucks and stinks of dog. Needs more cutlery. An arm chair in the biggest bedroom would be nice to help those escape noise.

Relaxing view
Comfortable unit across from the river. Very relaxing and Good location. Unit is clean and has a retro feel. Lovely Park with BBQ and boat ramp across the road. Enjoyed watching people fishing and boats coming and going.. A lovely holiday.

Great views and boat ramp across the road
Lovely unit, 70s decor but large living area, everything you would need in the kitchen apart from microwave containers. Great views and lovely big balcony with BBQ. Comfy beds, separate toilet, bathroom is also separate from the 2 bedrooms. Long walk to beach and shops so we drove. Five minute walk to the Tea Gardens bridge. Boat ramp across the road. DVD player works ok, but must be on AV, not DVD/VIDEO.
Overall a lovely few days stay!
