Cabin in the woods

Chalet on 6.6 acres very quiet and peaceful. Down the road from Dorflinger-Suydam wildlife Sanctury with hiking trails. Rustic chalet with private setting tons of wild life and beautiful views. Come get away take a walk or bike ride on a quiet country road. Close to Lake Wallenpaupack and Delaware River. Close to Skiing and Restaurants. We have many local brewers in are area. We can supply you with sample beers from a few of them if you like. or put on a beer dinner with our chef. Winter get away 3 couples for a 5 course meal with beer taste at each course.

Perfect getaway cabin

The cabin was charming and perfect for a quiet getaway. Our dogs loved the grounds with plenty of space for running and exploring. Daily deer visits too.

Perfect vacation spot in the mountains!

We've stayed here twice for our family vacations and have been very pleased both times! This visit was even better because the property now has Wi-Fi. It's cozy, private, has a fire pit, lots of room for kids to play outside, and it's in a good location.

The perfect weekend getaway

We just wanted to escape & spend time with each other for a weekend; this was the perfect place to do so! From the woodburning stove, to the cozy beds, this house was exactly what we hoped it would be!

Wonderful stay

The house is so cute! The outdoor space is beautiful and it’s a great location close to Hawley and Honesdale which are cute towns. The house was very clean and great communication from the owner. I highly recommend this house for a getaway!

Great Farm House

It was perfect. Loved the house. It was even nicer then the pictures. Great location lots of privacy and easy to get to town. I should keep this gem a secret but can’t help but give it 5 stars. Thank you for a great stay.

Enjoyed it so much we came back

My partner and his sister stayed at this house to see family over the summer, and decided to book it again over the holidays. We again had a great stay- space is perfect, wood fire kept us warm, everything was clean and kitchen had what we needed to make big meals. We’ll be back again!

Calm, relaxing tucked away cabin.

Great for a relaxing getaway. A lot of space outside for kids to play, close to mountains for snow activities. Not a loud nor busy neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. Property manager was extremely kind and communicated well.

Snowy Cabin

Everything about our stay at the cabin truly exceeded our expectations. As we arrived the wood stove was already burning and the driveway and entranced were plowed and shoveled. The host was an excellent communicator and the cabin was equipped with anything one could ever want. We gladly recommend this cabin to anyone seeking a quiet time away from the busy everyday world and hope to someday once again rent this property ourselves.

Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay but the owner was not there for check in or check out and had us leave the property unlocked and after the fact messaged us with some issues that we did not in fact have any awareness about because we left their home spotless. Maybe this was a misunderstanding but when I attempted to communicate about it again I never heard back from them.

Very comfortable

Very simple and straightforward. My girlfriend and I absolutely love the place. The owner was very helpful with the process and answer all my questions. The property was beautiful and private. Everything was within driving distance. Would rent this place again!

So much fun

4 adults. 2 kids. We all had a blast. Fireplace was nice and toasty. Comfy beds. Anything and everything in the kitchen. Wifi worked well. Fireplace outside. Close to anything you'll need. Just all around so good. Totally worth it.

Great lil cabin I’m the woods not really little but definitely GREAT!

Awesome wooden cabin with a good location & privacy. Great space, very comfortable, clean with nice smelling towels, very comfortable beds, wood already chopped (thanks Dave). Wish we could have stayed longer! Guess we’ll have to come back!! : )
