"Easy going staff and great for a quick stay near the airport!"

"Good value for a 1 night stay by the airport. The included breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again for layovers at LHR."

"I love this place. I make a point of staying here every time I travel to UK via London airports - even if my trip is to Wales, I always stay here first night; it’s close to lots and a good chance to rest, and the staff have always been so so friendly and amazing, every time "

"Food in the restaurant was excellent"

"Nothing to complain about really, just a night stay..staff were very helpful"

"I didn't stay in the hotel, not giving a review is not an option"

"Very good hotel"

"Helpful person to help with self check in."

"nice stuff clean rooms"

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"fairly easy to reach from heathrow using local bus"

"One night was more than enough. Red spots on the linen speak for themselves. Terrible smell."

"Rooms are clean and good size, staff are friendly and helpful. "

"The customer services were great but the bathroom sucked. They are remodeling it so hopefully it gets better. I don’t think I will go there again"
