"Hotel was very nice, view of the water was great. Breakfast had a strange selection of food but was overall pretty good. The problem was that the hotel is connected to the casino, and the cigarette smoke is pervasive throughout."

"The location is excellent, and the valet parking service was great. However, my room was right near the elevator, so it was quite noisy late at night, even around 2 a.m., which made it difficult to rest. I understand the hotel was fully booked, but I had reserved a room advertised as having a river view. Unfortunately, because the room was on a lower floor, I couldn’t really see the river at all. I had also noted in my reservation that I would prefer a higher floor if possible, so that was a bit disappointing."

"Ate breakfast the waiter’s name was Harris. He was amazing. Very friendly, very personable and very helpful. The hotel was a great location The only one concern I would have is at the bathrooms are extremely small"

"Parking was terrible! No parking on site. They do offer shady valet parking. I refused to do valet parking based on how the works sped off in other people’s cars. Required underground parking deck parking. Not easily accessible to hotel. Which you were also changed for parking and no voucher received."

"Toilet seat was missing a screw and was loose and hanging. Bed was so old I felt like I was sleeping in a ditch . Tub stopper was broke so when you took a shower tub filled up - had to stick a plastic bottle in there to keep it open. Refrigerator ice maker was broken - NO ICE MAKERS ANYWHERE! Close to PNC is great but WON’T STAY HERE AGAIN ! "
