I only marked the staff/service down because it took reception a while to find our booking and they didn't apologise for the error. 「The hotel itself was lovely, all the ataff were healpful and friendly. Our room was gorgeous, spacious with plenty of room to put away clothes - which never happens these days! The bed was so comfy. One tiny thing is that the room was quite dim - even with all the lights on, but honestly, that could be my age!!
