“Great accessible hotel. Great amenities. The pool and sauna/steam room were very nice. Watch out for the bike lane when trying to unload your suitcases. Individuals using the bike lane were not accommodating to movement of bags. The hotel has valet parking which is helpful to finding parking on the busy streets. Staff were business like, not relationally warm. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The family rooms are gorgeous and spacious! The rooms were quiet, beds comfortable and bathrooms……

“The hotel decor was lovely, the bar and bar staff were great with a good variety of drinks and a good atmosphere. I only marked the staff/service down because it took reception a while to find our booking and they didn't apologise for the error. But other than that it was a lovely stay and everything was excellent. ”
