“Staff were very good, we arrived quite late at night because of the train mishap. It was raining and cold, we were made welcome and shown to rooms until we were happy with the choice!, room was warm clean and tidy. Breakfast was great lunch was delicious. A wonderful memorable stay will go again definitely!”

“Less than a mile and quite scenic walk along the canal to the train station. Not many shops are open past 1800 most days including weekends so food and shopping options are a bit limited. Overall nice place to stay.”

“Great position in old town Very friendly staff who made us feel very welcome Comfortable bed and great shower and a very tasty full English breakfast Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area”

“Excellent location, very friendly people.”

“It was too overpriced for the overall quality. At least it had a bed and a bathroom with toilet. However, pricing is ridiculous for what it offers.”

“No where to cool down and almost fell on to the floor because of heatstroke.”

“Perfect location, close to Paddington Station and all we could’ve needed. Rooms were quiet and sufficiently furnished. Would only request consideration for soap and hand towels in the bathrooms. Otherwise, quite a delightful stay. Highly recommend and will be looking forward to staying again!”

“The front desk staff were friendly, and the bathroom was spacious enough, but the room facilities were rather basic.”

“The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.”

“地點非常理想，距離地鐵站步行只是5分鐘，但環境清靜，而且沿途有很多食肆，只是房間有點兒細”
