“The pictures of the rooms presented on Expedia were nothing like the room I stayed in, seems to be a quite of a bait and switch. Mold in the shower on the tiles, rust on bathroom fixtures and the generally a very sad looking bathroom. Shower did work and bathroom sink was microscopically small. The bed was luckily comfortable. Hotel were in need of repairs, staff was nice upon arrival but did not try the restaurant. Luckily I just needed a bed and some sleep.”

“The staff at the Ragged Robin were delightful, always helping out and answering any questions we had. Shout out to Harrison for being so welcoming! We truly enjoyed our stay and loved enjoying a non alcoholic draft beer in the garden overlooking the canal. Truly a beautiful place to unwind. We will be back!”

“The hotel and pub were very pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and the food was excellent. However, the service at the pub was inconsistent. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high. We were forced to leave the room to cool down despite the outside temperature being over 35°C. The room was significantly hotter than the outside. Although fans were provided,……

“This is my very first time to take bath in bedroom. It is extremely relaxing. The room is comfy enough for you to feel like home. The breakfast is also very nice with good presentation. Highly recommended for couple!”

“Have stayed at the Inn many times, always enjoy the stay, In the past we have found the rooms to be very hot overnight, on this occasion the heat was off the scale, so much so we had to sleep with the front door open, they need to install air conditioning, our sleep wasn’t great at all, The staff are lovely, have always been great to speak to, however on this occasion the guy taking out order at dinner was abrupt and very slightly rude,”

“Beautiful old property in an idyllic setting. Friendly and helpful staff. Food good on the whole. Shower cold this morning in both rooms, which was disappointing. Lovely large bath sheets. Coffee machine in each room. Enjoyed our stay.”
