“We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business!
The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen!
I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3”

“Comfortable cottage with everything you need for a short stay. The bed was cosy with nice pillows and bed linen, the sofa was comfortable and free view tv was welcome in the evening. There was a very welcome pint of milk in the fridge. As we were visiting relatives we didn’t eat in the cottage at all, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. The shower was hot and (although not super powerful) you came out clean and warm! Handy having shower gel and shampoo provided too. Access was easy and……

“The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our stay as a basis to explore Gloucester and the northern Cotswolds. The docks with a choice of restaurants is in walking distance, parking for the car at the back with easy access. Beds were super comfy. Everything was clean. Perfect. We will be back! ”
