「Hotel was a great stay for our first landing ground in Crete from the states - we wanted something to relax / adjust to time change and give our 4 year old some fun - It was a great stay, great food at the restaurants. Breakfast wasn’t my fave but It was fine.」

Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. 「Rundum war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit privaten Pool und hatten dort unsere Flitterwochen verbracht. Es war traumhaft. Das ganze Personal versucht sein bestmögliches zu geben. Eine Massage habe ich auch gebucht und wurde keineswegs enttäuscht. Jessie hat das super gemacht 😍 die Cocktails und das Essen waren sehr lecker. Das Essen im à la carte Restaurant ein Traum. 「Staff and food are incredible - massive shout out to Stella, Ionna, Pat, Vasilios and the guys from the bar - all great and couldn’t do enough. The spa is gorgeous with lovely treatments. Drinks are good but if you only drink premium branded liquor then expect to pay - the drinks were nice otherwise but we did pay in the evenings for a nice bottle of wine or premium cocktail. We will definitely be back as it was 100% a 5 star experience. A beautiful resort run by lovely people.」

「The hotel was massive and there are so many activities for all ages. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. My family and I ate at Dedalos Main Restaurant but they had so many other options. I do suggest that if you want to eat at the à la carte dining restaurants to book at least a week or so in advance because they require reservations. There are cultural differences I expect to navigate but they were rude, ignored us constantly and honestly made the experience unenjoyable. 「We booked this hotel for 4 days, This place is amazing for kids between ages 2-16 , but the food was really horrible they really don’t care for vegetarian people they put all the meat next to it and use same fork/spoon to take it, i saw many people from israel had this problem also because people from israel don’t eat pork and they look for the vegetarian food.」
