“my daughter arrived at midnight because her flight was delayed. The most gracious and kind staff walked her luggage up to her room as the room had a steep flight of stairs. Room service is open 24 seven exceptional dining options. Five star all the way accommodations and lovely staff. I've already booked a mini stay later this month for my daughter during her break From school in Amsterdam. This is truly a gem of gems. we will be back again & again”
“I loved the location of this property - walkable to wonderful shops, restaurants, etc. The room was lovely and the staff was excellent. I would just note for any future renovations that it is quite difficult for anyone over 5'10" to use the shower without bending over. Overall, we loved this property and would return again.”
“The breakfast was outstanding especially the omelette. The chef was very friendly and even put on a little performance. The room was very clean and the service was amazing. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.

“This is one of my favourite hotels ever. The staff is amazing, I love the 24hr drinks available, the location couldn’t be better. I have been here twice and plan to come again as I love Amsterdam but, this hotel makes the trip so much better! ”
"Not a Hotel — More Like a Hostel Charging Hotel Prices
This place is marketed as a hotel, but in reality, it feels more like a hostel — just with hotel-level pricing. You're essentially paying for the location, as it's close to the museum quarter, which is admittedly convenient.
Here are the key issues:
No real reception – There's no front desk. Instead, a staff member at the café next door acts as "reception" from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Poor accessibility – There’s no proper entrance; you have to climb stairs, and taxis can’t stop right outside the property.
Extremely small rooms – The room is tiny, even by Japanese standards. You can't fully open a suitcase on the floor.
No real windows – The only windows face the staircase and a very slow elevator. You can hear everyone passing by clearly.
Inconvenient power setup – Turning off the room lights also cuts power to the outlets, so you can't charge your phone unless you leave the lights on (except in the bathroom).
Basic bedding – Standard hostel-quality linens and pillows (cushions actually).
On the plus side, the room was clean and odor-free — but that should be the bare minimum for any hotel.
Overall, if you’re expecting hotel quality, you’ll likely be disappointed. You're paying for the location, not the experience."
"I emailed the hotel as my check in time 7am, that's why I booked extra day, the hotel confirmed by email. But when i checked in they cannot find my record, also i requested room close to elevator as i had many luggage, they put me at the last room at the end of corridor."
