“Just unreal. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. They were so kind, accommodating and knowledgable. The hotel is pristine. Not only are the interiors beautiful but the beds are ridiculously comfortable. Location wise you are in the heart of things so nothing is too far to cycle or walk. Plus the tram is right there should you want to whizz about on that. 10/10. We couldn’t thank the Rosewood enough for a birthday stay we won’t forget. ”

“這是一家在王子運河旁邊的5星級酒店，我和太太在運河景觀的房間四天三夜。環境相當靜謐，但是去倒哪也都方便。服務親切，早餐很好吃，最後我都是一個肉桂捲加上一杯紅茶，完美至極。整體評價我會給5顆星。唯一要注意的是床墊下方的鐵架。我們的房間是30平方米，裡面的格局讓空間變得有些曲折，所以經過床時請務必小心，很容易被下方的鐵架刮傷，這三天我刮了三道傷痕，我踏太腳上也括了一到傷，所以在離開時也告訴了櫃檯希望他們更能注意。除此以外，我們很滿意這個酒店。”

“This hotel was very convenient for me to go to various exhibits and museums. Everything was very close by, and I could walk. My room is clean I’ll be at small, but they had a pretty good breakfast in the morning, and the employees were all very helpful and spoke excellent English. I would stay there again. ”

“整體居住環境不錯，裝修很有當地特色，但是洗手盤漏水，像酒店職員反映後，只放了幾條毛巾在洗手盤下面把水接住，使用上非常不便。早餐選擇也不多。職員整體來說非常熱情，但酒店硬件實在有缺漏。”

“A small but stylish hotel. Staff are very warm and helpful. Not many but sufficient choices on breakfast. Nice coffee, shower gel/shampoo available in room. Hotel is also well located and easily accessible to various museums/travel spots. However the shower area is transparent with no curtain at all so it's ideal for couples mainly whilst friends need to take this into consideration before booking”

“Clean room. Beautiful view. Totally contact free. Room runs on a card in the electric slot. Used a card from the last hotel and it worked fine. I recommend keeing your electronic key in whats app. Much easier than an email link. Worked great. Little smaller than expected. No place to put suitcases except the floor. Would recommend a couple fold out racks. Knowing that, i would pack differently next time. Would definitely come back to this lovely space. ”
