「The room is clean, spacious and well-designed. We chose a room with a bathtub. The hotel is located right beside a gate of the Schonbrunn Palace. The neighborhood is a vibrant area full of shopping stores and restaurant. Overall, excellent! I would love to stay here again. 」

「Ein nettes überschaubares Hotel mit nettem Personal. Nahe der U-Bahn - Hitzing.」

「This is our favorite hotel in Vienna, and the only place we stay. It is very close to public transportation and many attractions. The food is at the restaurant is wonderful, and the service is excellent in the entire hotel. Thank you for always treating us like family.」

「The apartment was very comfortable. It was ideal for our family of five.」

「Good location close to Metro, room is big enough for a twin beds, and breakfast has many choices don't miss it !」

「The staff are quite careless. We stored our luggage in the storeroom and they just expected us to go in and grab them ourselves. When we grabbed our suitcases, they never verified and checked whether the suitcases really belonged to us. Seems like people could have taken/stolen other suitcases easily. One of the staff was also quite rude, never greeted us and asked us how our stay was. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Despite the hotel being 4 stars, the service is more or less 2...

「Better than expected, everything is great! 」

「Hotel Gilbert is unique and very much a boutique hotel. We loved the &Flora restaurant and the hotel’s proximity to all things Vienna. Would absolutely stay there again!」
