“Small hotel, but clean.”

“Smooth check in experience and the room is spacious and spotless. I had a much better time than I have originally expected. Will recommend to family and friends.”

“Very nice in general ,but a little far from the center Vienna, lots of information of the traveling guides are provided, the reception is very helpful”

“It was a lovely roomy apartment with everything we needed provided. The Apartment was larger than we were expecting which was a lovely surprise. It had two toilets, a very big bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy, local restaurants and the underground station was across the road from the apartment so made it very easy to get around. It was a short walk through a park to the Schonbrunn Palace. If we went again would definitely book this apartment.”

“Sometimes you are decieved by Picture. From inside apartment is OK for 1-2 night, grocerry shop is diagonally opposite as well as tram stop is adjacent to it. Biggest NO is location - This is ground floor single room house located on the main road crossing. Seems like you are sleeping below traffic light. May be OK for Single traveller if there is NO other option. ”

“The room is clean, spacious and well-designed. We chose a room with a bathtub. The hotel is located right beside a gate of the Schonbrunn Palace. The neighborhood is a vibrant area full of shopping stores and restaurant. Overall, excellent! I would love to stay here again. ”

“👍👍👍”

“Hotel Gilbert is unique and very much a boutique hotel. We loved the &Flora restaurant and the hotel’s proximity to all things Vienna. Would absolutely stay there again!”

“Better than expected, everything is great! ”

“The location was excellent, walking distance to most key attractions and very quiet. The room was big enough and everything was new. The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was very nice, lots of options. My only complaint was I had to order my coffee and sometimes wait for it until I finished eating. In the grand scheme of things, that wasn’t a big deal. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody.”

“Very helpful staff, much appreciated”

“Good location, big room, clean ”
