“First of all, this is not a hotel, completely not. I booked this accommodation like one month ago before the trip, they will send you a form for submitting your personal information so that they will get you the key information and you have to enter the room by yourself. However, they didn’t give me anything after submitting the form so I send another email to them for enquiry one day before arrival. On the arrival day they send me the same form then I submitted again but they replied that……

“Although quite small by American standards, the room was exactly as listed with good air conditioning and wi-fi connection. The room was very clean and everything worked as it should. We even received some snacks delivered to us by the host! Although we did not use the service, the host offers to store luggage if you arrive before check-in time or need it after check-out. The location was convenient to where we wanted to go and was in a quiet area and not on a busy street. Restaurants and……

“The staff was very nice. I only had one issue and they got back to me quickly. It was very clean and tidy. The only real complaint was the mattress I slept on was very used not comfortable and had a concave. Other than that it was good. It was extremely tiny, but I knew that going in, so no complaints there. ”

东京汐留标志皇家公园酒店

东京汐留标志皇家公园酒店

10/10 优秀
"Staff can all speak English and friendly. Check in and out was easy and quick. We had a car and the hotel staff Mr. Noyen had help us all the way to the car park. Parking can be a bit tricky because you need to leave the car to a staff to store it in B3. It is convenient when you drive. The room was nice and not too small, bathroom was big compared to other hotel. The Tokyo tower view was absolutely amazing. We will come back again."
