「We traveled with young children. This room provided spacious for family and with kitchen helpful for family to cook a meal in rainy weather. This property is located near Teri line and easy access to connect with Shinjuku station for transfer lines. The host is easy to communicate with and she said bye to us when we checked out. We even received some snacks delivered to us by the host! Although we did not use the service, the host offers to store luggage if you arrive before check-in time or need it after check-out. 「We were upgraded to a bigger suite. Everything was perfect 」

「This hotel was everything good other than without elevator. The place was so close to Koenji downtown and station easy to go around Tokyo. But should be considered there is no elevator despite the rooms are located 3rd and 4th floor on the building. Using stairs is the only way to approach to the rooms. I don’t recommend it to families with huge luggages. But the response from staff and Omotenashi was so great. If you want to feel Japanese hospitality this place is the one of the best.」
