“We loved our stay at the George. Jos and Lindsay are lovely and run a very nice business. We had two rooms, wife and I and Daughter and Partner. We arrived soaking wet after a walk on Mam Tor. Checked in, had a laugh with the owners, parking was easy, rooms are excellent and clean, food good, beers good. “After the warm welcome, we were shown to our room and all the room facilities were explained properly. The property has so much fascinating history and the current owners have gone thru great lengths to keep it all in the best conditions. We loved the breakfast with a great choice.
