“The place was pretty clean, however the Keurig did not look clean at all so I could not use it and also there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. My check in was delayed by a couple hours because I couldn't get a hold of the host and when I did, they mentioned that they prefer to call instead of text which is fine but I wish I knew beforehand. There was also no information regarding parking so I parked on the street the first day but there are spots behind the place. The main issue……

“This property was everything we had hoped for, and more. The attention to detail was phenomenal, extremely clean, kitchen was well stocked, and the host communicated in a timely manner. The next time we are in Detroit, we will definitely return to this place.”

“Upon arrival, we had difficulty communicating with the owner. There had been a payment issue but VRBO never told us & any messages the owner was sending never came through. The link to the page that was supposed to contain instructions was broken. We had to contact VRBO and get them to contact the owner, only to find out we had to process a payment to get access. Note - the outside of the building and the parking areas are POORLY maintained. The gated parking is wild. People park any sort of way……

“This small place was not bad, just OK. The bedroom has a brick wall that is deteriorating and debris had come down onto the floor. It was obvious the place had not been cleaned well in a while. There were no bed sheets or linens for the pull out sofa bed, just a mattress pad and heavy comforter. The AC had not ben turned on for us and the unit was extremely hot on arrival. The AC unit for the kitchen/living area worked fine, cooling it down in a couple hours. But the bedroom unit struggled the……

“This place is perfection! The host has gone out of his way to thoughtfully provide amenities in this super cool Detroit- themed condo we have not seen at any other vrbo stay. Sean's place is so great, we wanted to stay in rather than go out on the town! Fortunately, we were able to enjoy both during our weekend stay. Parking was a breeze at SOMA (we prepaid on parkWhiz) and location is excellent for being within walking distance of restaurants, bars, sporting events, coffee shops, etc. It's in a……
