“Room was clean. No maid service during the stay. Breakfast mediocre to poor. Door locks reset during the day so when you get back, you get to your room and the keys don’t work. So you get to trek back down to the desk to have them activated.”

“We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3.
