「We stayed 4 nights and we had such an amazing stay. The suite was stunning. More than big enough for two people and we loved having the private sauna and private outdoor hot tub. We had the most beautiful ice cold winter weather so we were able to enjoy the outdoors in a warm tub. Just perfect. Only thing we did miss was some closets/storage for clothes in the suite.
Having breakfast/dinner looking out into the woods covered in snow was amazing and so relaxing. The food was good and the people...

「Staff is very helpful and nice. They are very willing to help. The hotel is clean. I accidentally made a wrong booking which was found just before arrival. The hotel staff was very friendly to provide assistance. I can stay in the hotel successfully with their rearrangement.
It is not far away from the train station. Moreover it is close to the river side which is near to the Arctic Museum. This is a good place to see the northern light.
I truely recommend this hotel.」

「No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. 」
