From the very start, everything was incredibly smooth—the place was so easy to find, and checking in and out was an absolute breeze. 「We booked 3 balcony rooms for 2 nights. When we got our rooms we were not able to use any of the balconies due to construction. In addition at 9am they were working on the balconies and we were awaken to a “jack hammer” noise outside our rooms. In one of the rooms there was a rattling sound with the air conditioner and and another room the air conditioner leaked and there was water on the floor. We were very disappointed with our stay.」
