Waterfront “State of Mind” vintage home.

Quaint 3 bedroom 2 bath 1960 river house set on 2 acres on the beautiful May River. Stones throw from downtown. Gorgeous views, incredible breeze, quiet, private, historical area. Backs up to an adjacent privately owned 15 acre farm. One level ranch style with three bedrooms. Kitchen and bath updates. New furnishings. Two small bathrooms each with a shower yet also a wonderful outside shower. Elliptical machine if you want some indoor exercise. Foosball table, small basketball court with 2 goals, fire pit, grill, and a horseshoe pit for fun entertainment inside or out! Walkable to downtown, NO dock. Golf cart -4 seater- available for rent upon request. Two day minimum 50.00/day or 300.00/week. Must be 21 or over to drive. Bikes available upon request through PEDALS HH 888-699-1039 if you would rather bike to town for lunch, dinner, or drinks.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Anna’s place is magical. Perfect for relaxing. The setting was awesome. The town of Bluffton was quite enjoyable. We’ll hopefully be back soon.

Great location

The house was well furnished with everything you need for an extended stay and is an a wonderful location. It’s near the water with lots of seclusion and quiet.

Above all, this property offers incredible views breathtaking as a Nicholas Sparks novel come to life. A heritage homestead close to Old Town, we were minutes from the conveniences of modern Bluffton and the beaches of Hilton Head Island. Once again a great stay!

We’ve stayed at Anna’s house for the last 4 years (for a month each year). The house is in a beautiful, peaceful setting with an amazing view. It is walkable to Old Town Bluffton which makes dining at the numerous delicious restaurants there easy. The house itself has all the comforts of home. We especially love the fire pit.

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful views of the May River from inside and outside of the house. The host was wonderful and very responsive throughout our stay. We will definitely come back and stay again!!

Waking up to the river views was so peaceful and relaxing! The house was well equipped and the beds were so comfortable. My 2 Labs loved the big yard! The location can't be beat and I loved the privacy. We will definitely book again!

Wonderful experience

It was our second time staying at this property and both times have been wonderful. The view is breathtaking and relaxing. The location is close to a lot of different activities within 20 minutes.

This house gave us a lovely peaceful break after our Road Trip. The location and views from the house were wonderful. We enjoyed the wide variety of wildlife atbthe property with daiy dolphin sightings and even a visit from a humimgbird. The house was comfortable and a great base to explore Bluffton and Hilton Head

Perfect getaway on the bluff

We had a perfect stay. Communication with our host was always fast and so helpful. Our dog loved the space to play. The house is tucked away and has everything you may need. Comfortable, clean, close to plenty of restaurants or bars you may want to visit down the street, and offers gorgeous views across the May River. We will be referring friends and family and book again in the future.

Always Beautiful Here!

This was our third year staying here for a month…plan to come back next year. All the comforts of home! A gorgeous view and walkable to shops and restaurants in Old Bluffton. Perfect!

Unbeatable view, cozy home

Such a lovely piece of property tucked back just minutes from Old Town Bluffton. My family enjoyed the walkability to town, open space inside, and serene view from the deck and backyard. And my boys enjoyed the basketball court!

We had a very relaxing stay! Home was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen had a variety of pots & pans that we put to good use. Showers were clean and had great water pressure. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of blankets. The neighbor dogs did come over to introduce themselves and really would've liked to stay for the bacon we were cooking!! The were super friendly and we enjoyed watching them jump around the river. Only minor complaint was when the air conditioner kicked on, there is a substantial clunk in duct work that seemed to only be heard in the master bedroom. Not a problem in the day but a little shocking when you are trying to fall asleep. Again, not a huge deal!Owners were super friendly and answered my million questions super quickly. Would highly recommend! We will definitely rent again! Thanks for a wonderful week.

Awesomeness

Property was in a great location right on the May River and very close to Bluffton. The small basketball court was a HUGH success with our grandsons and the back deck worked great for the adults. Unfortunately there is no access to the river because the dock appeared to have been taken out by flood waters im guessing BUT we were advised of this before hand. Host was very responsive to any and all questions.
