The top level has three more bedrooms, including a king suite with a game room. Outdoors, enjoy a large pool, seating, dining, a grill, and a 60-inch TV. The home also includes a two-car garage and additional parking for 5-6 cars. Singleton Beach is a private community with Charlestonian-style homes, a private beach, community pool, and nearby park. It's located between Palmetto Dunes and Marriott Surfwatch Resort, close to Hilton Head and Bluffton's best dining and attractions.

DOG FRIENDLY: Pet fees are not included in your VRBO total and will be added by Vacation Homes of Hilton Head after your online reservation has been made. This property has a one (1) dog maximum and a weight restriction of 50 pounds maximum. No cats or other animals allowed. Inquire with our reservations staff about a 2nd pet for an additional fee.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Express. ID Verification is required.
