Great Vacation

Great Villa in Palmetto Dunes

This villa was perfect for my husband and I and our two daughters. The kitchen had everything you possibly could need. Location is a short bike ride to the beach and to restaurants and shops in Shelter Cove. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean, bright and cheery. The kitchen was very well stocked beyond the essentials. The space was well decorated with a great layout.

Family Getaway

We have been coming to the island for years- it is our families favorite vacation spot! This was our first time in this part of Palmetto Dunes. We enjoyed the condo as well as its location to beach access. The amenities with Explorie were great to have access too. The condo was beautiful and very clean! Suited our families needs perfectly!

Smells musty, don’t stay unless you can tolerate

Nice property in the decor and location. But it smelled so musty we had to move properties. There were moisture mitigations in some corners of rooms so it seems they’re aware. But unfortunately, my family couldn’t tolerate it. The management company did a phenomenal job helping us move to a new place at 9pm.

Looks better in photos

Bathrooms were poorly cleaned. All appliances okay If you don’t mind the rust. Rooms are much smaller than presented in photos. Some bed linens displayed long women’s hair. Overall, not worth the price.

Great location and overall nice unit but very musty smelling

This property was in a great location, about a 5-8 minute walk to the beach, close to pickleball, golf and tennis and right on the 18th fairway of the Trent Jones course, so lots of good golf watching. The bed was pretty comfortable and the kitchen had literally everything you could think of. The cupboards were full of stuff. We were there for a working vacation and had some issues with the router that required our company IT involvement to allow us to work over the unit's Wi-Fi. The desk set-up in the upstairs bedroom was a nice work area. Communication and responsiveness from the management company was very good. The air conditioning wasn't working when we got there, but management responded very quickly when we informed them and it was fixed right away. The Xplorie benefits are nice - we took advantage of free golf while we were there. My biggest issue with the property is that it smells VERY musty. There were large deodorizer canisters tucked behind things and in corners in several places on the first floor, so they appear aware of the issue. The smell would make me not stay there again even though the unit is otherwise very good.

Great location, great place.

The property was very nice. The property was clean, well decorated, and well-stocked. The property was just a few minutes from the beach. The backyard had a nice view of the golf course. The beds were a little on the hard side but otherwise everything was great.
