Good value

Great value! The area is beautiful and the property to spacious and clean. However, the property needs a little update as the bannister was rotten and broke on the way in. Also, if you rent this property, bring soap.

Beautiful 1 Bedroom home. Our two golden retrievers were with us and had a great time as well; lots of walks on the beach and on the grounds Three blocks from the beautiful beaches. We will want to come again.

We liked that it was close to the beach, dining options, and shopping. The beach house was spotless and well-stocked with everything required to make one feel at home and provided enough space for everyone. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Awesome condo on Hilton Head.

Couldn’t love this little hidden gem more if we wanted too. For starters, it’s in the best location. Close to restaurants, shopping, the beach and the pool. Literally everything was so close! It was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view of the green. I loved how quiet it was relaxing on the porch and overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back! (They also had the BEST showers-completely renovated!) 10/10!

A Relaxing Visit

A nice property located at the rear of the Shipyard area. The buildings were nestled beneath palm trees and vegetation which gave the feeling of a “jungle”. Wildlife was present, birds, alligators, turtles and I saw a deer wandering about early one morning. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes, but it was level and easy access to the shore. The condo was large and well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The view from the deck overlooked a lagoon and part of a golf course.

In need of a little TLC

The condo was clean and bright. The bathrooms have been remodeled and are very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. They give you towels and bed sheets as well as laundry soap. It’s a short walk or drive to the beach. The only things that needed attention were the fridge which is definitely on its last leg (we had to throw away some of our food), the ceiling fans that make a terrible noise (tough if you are a light sleeper), and the bed which is very soft and sags.

Cute place and dog friendly!

This 1 bedroom is very quaint and it had all the essentials for a beautiful stay. The deck needs some attending to as a few strips of boards were up. A nice view to the golf course was a plus and the kitchen had everything we wanted. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely updated. The sofa was not comfortable to relax but that is true of most sofas with beds in them. The layout between dining and living room could have been better, since the couch is the dividing line but other than that it’s cute and cozy. The pool is about 100 steps away and it was quiet at night! Nice jaunt to the beach on the walking trail, and as hot as it was you definitely could break a sweat.

Bright and spacious - will stay here again......but.....

The good: VACASA was easy to work with and responsive. The unit is spacious and the kitchen is a breath of fresh air after the small, galley style kitchen in other condos. 2 full baths were great. Lovely view of a small pond and the golf course. Bedroom was a great size too. Remodeled bathrooms and flooring were great. The bad: This place needs a deep cleaning. It's pet friendly, but the sofa and area rugs need cleaning. Comforter on the bed needs to be washed between every renter :( The dishwasher and washing machine are the loudest appliances I've ever heard. If you want a decent knife bring it from home. We had a hard rain and the roof leaked water into the kitchen floor - in front of the dishwasher - through one of the light fixtures. (Not the skylight) It's time for a new mattress on the bed very saggy. This is an older property and the outside needs some maintenance.

Beautiful Beaches

We came to HHI to celebrate my birthday. The condo is well decorated and has most everything in the kitchen that you would need to cook. The king sized is fairly comfortable. I loved the smell of the condo when we first entered. It smelled like the beach and sunscreen! VaCasa is very easily to reach if there are any issues that arise. I would definitely stay here again! Great location
